Nicholas Brady Author Biography - Information About the Author
Nicholas Brady is a pseudonym of J.V. Turner aka David Hume (born 1900 and died 1945)
Book collectors who specialise in The Golden Age of Crime Fiction will be well aware of David Hume and J.V. Turner's books and their stunning dust jackets, Nicholas Brady less so perhaps.
To say the books are rare is an understatement. In all our years of collecting and book dealing I don't recall ever handling a copy, let alone one in dust jacket.
American editions are noted when applicable, the British Library lists no reprints or paperbacks so readers are as scuppered as collectors!
