Henry Christopher Bailey was born in 1878 and died in 1961. One of the most collectable Golden Age authors in our experience. The pre-war first edition in dust jacket are all rare books, some almost unobtainable it would seem. American editions are available, they are more common and consequently less valuable. The British editions precede in all cases, alternative titles for US editions are noted above.
