Further Information
Peter Oldfeld was a joint pseudonym used by two authors.
Per Jacobsson, born 1894 to 1963 and Vernon Bartlett who was born in
1894. Per Jacobsson has a foundation in his name and was heavily
involved in European finance at the highest levels, eventually becoming
President of the International Monetary Fund. The online biography at
his foundation website appears to make no mention of this aspect of his
life. Possibly helping restructure the post war finances of Europe is
deemed more important than this outstanding Abbey jacket - what is wrong
with these people? |
