Further Information
Glyn Carr was a pseudonym of the highly prolific author Frank Showell Styles, born in England on 14th March 1908. He was a noted explorer and mountaineer and wrote an extensive number of non-criminous novels and mountaineering books. Given the nature of the site though we have confined our attentions to the Crime Fiction titles. His series character was Sir Abercrombie Lewker, who also appeared in two of the titles under the Styles name.
