Edward Grierson, who also wrote as Brian Crowther and John P Peterson, was born in England on 9th March 1914. We have included only his criminous output, he also wrote five novels, six works of non-fiction and two plays. Grierson's reputation rests on his the outstanding Reputation for a Song, a classic of the genre and, rightly, still held in high esteem today. He passed away in 1975
