Colin Dexter Bibliography

English First Edition Books

Inspector Morse first editions are very collectable, with early tuitles fetching considerable sums
Later titles, the larger format Macmillan, were produced in considerable numbers so are relatively easy to locate
Colin Dexter has signed plenty of first editions so serious collectors mya want to secure only signed copies of later books
The early titles are plagued by cheap paper which browns quite badly, fine white text blocks are impossible to find
The UK editions precede their American counterparts and are far more collectable
