Only the first two books saw UK publication, and in all cases the American editions precede. He did write another book, Tommy of the Voices, 1918 on McClurg. This was under a pseudonym, Reynolds Knight. There are also a few uncollected short stories which appeared in the Ellery Queen and the Saint magazines.
